Processing: Orders are typically prepared within 2–4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
Delivery: Estimated delivery times and available services are shown at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import fees not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns: Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Items showing wear, washing, hemming, alterations, odors, or damage cannot be accepted.
Fit exchanges: If you need another size, contact us promptly. Exchanges depend on inventory availability.
Return shipping: Unless an item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
