1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

We aim to describe and display our selvedge denim products accurately. Colors, texture and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of denim. Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Product availability and descriptions may change without notice.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or limit an order if information is incomplete, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or a product is unavailable. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or import charges shown or otherwise imposed by the destination country, unless checkout states otherwise.

4. SHIPPING
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy for current processing, delivery and tracking information.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible return requests must be made within 10 days in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Unless an item is damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must meet the conditions stated in that policy.

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes; interfere with its security or operation; copy content in violation of intellectual-property rights; or transmit malicious code.

The REDVALE DENIM name, branding, photographs, product descriptions, graphics and website content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery and analytics services. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

9. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
